Well, here is my first real attempt at designing anything 3 dimensionally. I completely engineered this vehicle from the ground up. If it was to be built the rotational drive and suspension systems should function properly with a few very minor changes.

Was it meant to look like a frog from the front. If so, then nicely done.
I wonder how it could stand up to accidentally ramming into large chunks of ice...if there's any ice left by the time they would be made.
